Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible for logistical reasons. However, you have the option of returning items with our prior consent and placing a new order. The return is carried out at the expense and risk of the return sender; for goods that are flawless and unchanged, we will provide a corresponding credit, if necessary less a handling fee. Custom-made items, non-stock items and material cuts cannot be taken back.

 

“How” and “when” will I get my money back?

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive your money back depending on the payment method used:

  • If you pay in advance, you will receive a credit to your bank account. Please provide us with your bank details so that we can carry out the transfer.
  • If you pay by credit card, you will receive a credit on your credit card.
  • If you purchase on account, please provide us with your bank details (IBAN, BIC). We will transfer the amount to your account after accepting the return. (applies if the invoice has already been paid). If you have ordered several items and are only returning part of them, please deduct the amount when transferring the invoice.

 
The refund will be made within a few days.
