Payment methods

We offer you the following payment options:

 

• Advance payment

• Purchase on account

• Purchase on account with SEPA direct debit

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) for self-collection

• Maestro ATM payment for self-collection

How does “purchase in advance” work?

If you purchase in advance, we will send you a PDF proforma invoice by email after receipt of your order.
After receipt of payment of the total amount, we will ship the ordered items.

 

How does “purchase on account” work?

If you purchase on account, we will send you a PDF invoice by email on the day of dispatch, which you can pay according to the
agreed payment conditions. (Subject to confirmation of coverage by a recognized credit insurer)

 

Is a credit check carried out?

A credit check is currently only carried out when purchasing on account, but we reserve the right to exclude customers from online purchases if they have become suspicious of attempted fraud.

 

Can I redeem vouchers?

You can easily redeem vouchers (voucher codes) in your shopping cart. The amount will then be credited to you automatically.
