  1. How high are the delivery costs?

    We deliver your ordered items directly to your company address. A flat-rate delivery charge will be added to the purchase price for each order, irrespective of the number of items or type of delivery. More details on delivery costs are outlined in the following table.

    We deliver to the following countries:
    In our core areas (Austria, Slovenia, Croatia and Hungary) with our own fleet or parcel service. In all other EU countries by international forwarding or parcel service. Other countries on request.

  2. Can I also pick up my goods?

    Yes, it is possible to pick up the goods you have ordered at one of our locations.

    When finishing your order, please choose the location where you want to pick it up.

    If the goods are stored at a different location, we will let you know and you can pick up the goods in 2 to 3 days.

  3. Is it possible to order with free delivery?

    We deliver all online orders with a shopping cart value of over € 5,000 free of charge.

     

  4. What should I do if my delivery address changes?

    Simply change your address in “My Account” and save the new address.

  5. Is express delivery possible?

    Standard parcel shipments by our logistics partner DPD are usually delivered within 24 hours throughout Austria. Even shorter-term deliveries or express delivery for bulky goods on request.
